After a few months of experimentation with our West Coast IPA’s, it was time to return to something that felt a little more like home.
And where else better to start than with our in-house favourite West Coast IPA hops - Simcoe, Centennial, Citra and Riwaka - to make a cosy, somewhat warming, full bodied IPA with concentrated citrus flavours and dank middle notes.
